Noelle Hambleton's weight reached an incredible 21.5 stone. She put it down to snacking while at her job at a catering company in Galway.
She didn't like the toll excess weight was taking on her health so turned to The Hospital Group for help and chose the gastric band.
She's now lost 12.5 stone and is a slim size 10, looking incredible.
