When you attend for your surgical consultation, you should receive an outline of the planned procedure as part of your Personal Quotation, based on the Surgeon/expert's recommendations.
Your terms and conditions are printed on the reverse of your Personal Quotation. We do reserve the right to change our terms and conditions in the future, so do keep your own safe for future reference. A copy of your quote and terms and conditions will also be kept on your Confidential Patient File.
